Growing up comes with a lot of change. You don't have to navigate it alone.
Teen Counseling in Round Rock, TX
Services available virtually throughout Texas.
The teenage years are full of transitions. Between changing friendships, increasing responsibilities, school pressures, family relationships, and the growing desire for independence, teens are navigating an important season of figuring out who they are and who they want to become. It can be exciting, confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes all of those things at once.
Therapy offers a space where teens can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what they're experiencing without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we'll work to build emotional awareness, strengthen confidence, navigate relationships, and develop the skills to manage life's challenges while growing into greater autonomy and independence.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that every teenager is different. Whether your teen is struggling through a difficult season or simply needs a space of their own, therapy can help them develop a stronger sense of self, find their voice, and feel more confident navigating the transitions ahead.
Your teen may benefit from therapy if…
their emotions are bigger than they know how to handle.
they put pressure on themselves to get everything right.
they struggle with friendships or feeling like they belong.
they struggle to be themselves around others.
the changes in their lives leave them disoriented or confused.
feeling like everything is changing to feeling more settled.
struggling with their emotions to having the tools to handle big emotions.
butting heads with parents to participating in good conflict resolution.
wrestling with perfectionism to handling disappointment, self-doubt, and comparison
struggling to be themselves to feeling confident in their relationships.

Kaelin Cole, LPC-Associate
Hi, I’m Kaelin, an LPC-Associate specializing in therapy for teens. I help adolescents navigate the tricky teen years by developing skills that prepare them to become autonomous adults. Whether therapy is the parents’ idea or your teen’s, your child deserves a safe space to navigate the questions, struggles, and discomforts of the teen years. I am eager to provide that space and help them along the way.
I’ve found a passion in working with teens and young adults. I enjoy coming alongside them and equipping them for the present and the future.
My personal life experiences fuel my excitement for working with your teen, allowing them to feel seen and understood without judgment. I look forward to journeying with them and with you!
