The word “Verity” means truth. My goal is to create a space for you to share your truth - your thoughts, feelings, and experiences - and find the clarity and peace that lead to a healthier life. This may mean naming hard emotions, doing self-reflection, or confronting or correcting distortions, so that you can finally embody the truest, most fulfilled version of yourself.

I provide counseling to adults ages 18 and up. I see individuals as well as married, dating, or engaged couples.

I believe that every person deserves love, dignity, and companionship. You deserve a therapist who will take the time to know the real you and understand the nuances of your story and your struggles.
